Priyanka has extensive experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation, being working in the field since 2009. Since her admission in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2016, Priyanka has acted in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Sale of Land by Local Councils , Debt Collection and Corporate & Personal Insolvency matters. She has also gained experience in Motor Vehicle Property Damage Insurance Litigation, Building and Construction, Strata Disputes and preparation of Wills and Guardianships. She has represented Local Councils in several debt collection matters related to outstanding rates and charges and commercial lease disputes achieving satisfactory and commercially sensible results. She has high work ethics and handles all matters with great detail and diligence.
